Ateez is an 8 member group from South Korea under KQ Entertainment.
They debuted on October 24, 2018 and are part of K-Pop's 4th Generation.
Their pre-debut name was KQ Fellaz but they they became A (Teenager) Z = Ateez for their debut.
Ateez's fandom Atiny, which is a combination of Ateez and Destiny, was established on November 17, 2018 which makes the number 1117 important to both the members and the fandom.
Ateez's chant "8 makes 1 team" has deep meaning to the members as they feel they are at their best when they together.
Their producing team is Eden-ary and choreography team is BB Trippin
The Korean Culture and Information Service named them as their 2020 promotional ambassadors to promote Korea around the world
